Welcome to Algotic. By accessing our platform and utilizing our enterprise and sovereign infrastructure services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Utilization
Our infrastructure is engineered for highly sensitive, mission-critical operations. Unauthorized penetration testing, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent cryptographic controls are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, platform architecture, and sovereign cloud designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Algotic. Client data processed through our systems remains the exclusive property of the respective client or sovereign entity.
3. Liability and Uptime
While we architect systems for 99.999% uptime, algorithmic resilience is inherently tied to the physical infrastructure layers. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and liability limitations are defined within individual enterprise and government contracts.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our corporate headquarters, barring specific sovereign agreements that dictate alternate jurisdictional oversight.
